Your Role at Zales
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
Present merchandise and share detailed information on features and advantages of products
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
Meet individual and team sales goals

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
Robust customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
A positive, customer‑focused approach to delivering an exceptional experience
Robust communication and relational skills

Base pay $16.50 – $20.50 plus commission on sales; final rate based on experience and qualifications
