Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and supporting overall accounting functions. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software Oracle NetSuite
Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
Reconcile Visa Statements and Receipts
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks
Support budgeting processes by maintaining accurate records of expenses and revenues
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions for audit readiness
Complete journal entries and close the books within Oracle monthly.
Maintain filing systems.
Assist with building out P.O. system.
Skills
Proficiency in Oracle Netsuite.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis
Knowledge of payroll processing and related tax regulations is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external auditors
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
