Key Responsibilities

Serve as a product expert and strategic advisor
Lead business reviews and outline success plans
Drive training initiatives and partner education
Identify and address risks early through collaboration
Maintain organized workflows and engagement documentation

Requirements

n
2–4 years in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success
Excellent at simplifying complex topics for partners
Organized, proactive, and data-driven
Capable of presenting actionable insights clearly
Experience with CRM or similar tools is advantageous

Support and empower partners through insights and training while enhancing their overall experience with the product.
