FULL TIME POSITION NOW AVAILABLE: Warranty Controller / Service Administration Assistant

Career Details
Submit and administer warranty claims with all equipment manufacturers.
Greeting and dealing with customers from Service Reception.
Handle all after-sales extended warranty, notifying customers of machine warranty expiration.
Available for extra hours during peak seasons.
Communication, organization, and attention-to-detail are a must.
Mechanical skills are an asset.

Hours
Full time: 40 hours/week
Normal Hours: Monday-Friday
Saturday rotation may be required during busy seasons.
