We are looking for a passionatenSous Chefnto support the Executive Chef and help deliver exceptional culinary experiences that complement our premium VQA wines.

What You’ll Do
n

Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
n
Lead and supervise the culinary team during service
n
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and safety standards
n
Execute food service for patio, restaurant, events, and concert nights
n
Assist with menu development and special event execution
n
Maintain a clean, organized, and effective kitchen environment
n
nQualificationsn
n
Red Seal Certification
n
3–5 years of professional culinary experience
n
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and menu adaptation
n
Food Secure Handler Certification
n
Availability for evenings and weekends
n
