Position Overview

nWe’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation The Kiwi Motel and The Kiwi Cottages is known for. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.n

Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms between stays, including beds, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
n
Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities
n
Laundry as needed
n
Clean and maintain common areas and outdoor spaces as needed
n
Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
n
Follow established cleaning checklists, schedules, and safety procedures
n




Work efficiently to meet turnover timelines while maintaining quality standards
n

nQualifications & Experiencen

n
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
n
Solid attention to detail and cleanliness
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, lifting, bending)
n
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
n
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
n
