Lead origination for $30 million in recent investments
Conduct financial analysis and build financial models
Develop underwriting frameworks and procedures
Strategize investment terms and negotiate agreements
Engage in cross-functional collaboration across departments Requirements:
8 to 12+ years finance-related experience required
Robust analytical and modeling skills required
Background in impact investing or microfinance preferred
Excellent writing and communication abilities
CFA or relevant master’s degree preferred Utilize your financial expertise and leadership skills to champion innovative capital solutions that foster community development at OFN.
