**Job Title: Solderer**

This is a key role within our production process, helping keep operations flowing smoothly while contributing to projects with real-world impact.
**What Youu2019ll Do**
In this role, you will be trusted with detailed, high-quality soldering work that meets strict industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include: Performing rework soldering, repair, and hand-soldering of electronic components in accordance with IPC 610 Class 3 standards
Working across a variety of electronic products, ensuring consistent quality and reliability
Accurately estimating build and rework times to support efficient production planning
Collaborating with a supportive production team to meet daily and long-term output goals
Helping prevent bottlenecks and backlogs by maintaining a steady, dependable workflow
**Essential Skills**
Strong proficiency in hand soldering and surface-mount techniques
Hands-on experience using electronic hand tools
At least 6 months of professional soldering experience
**Additional Assets**
Experience with rework, refurbishment, or repair of electronic assemblies
Familiarity with electronic assembly, blueprint or schematic reading, and inspection
Working knowledge of surface-mount technology
Background in mechanical assembly or XY coating (nice to have, not required)
