Enhance the client experience as a Customer Engagement Advisor. Connect with customers and provide tailored service to assist them in achieving their financial goals within a welcoming environment.
In this role, you will act as a key representative in the Canadian Banking Branch network. Your focus will be on proactive client engagement, listening to their needs, and addressing their banking inquiries effectively. Responsibilities include processing transactions, identifying sales opportunities, and introducing clients to cutting-edge mobile banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Form strong relationships through exceptional customer engagement
• Identify and solve customers’ banking needs proactively
• Process a variety of daily transactions




• Share knowledge on digital banking options with clients
• Drive branch sales initiatives positively
Requirements:
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Professional and friendly demeanor in assisting clients
• Flexibility to work varied schedules
• Comfortable in sales-based interactions
• Strong tech skills for promoting solutions
