PAY: $23.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience

About the Opportunity

The Assistant Grower supports section growers with daily tasks and greenhouse operations, maintaining crop health, monitoring conditions, assisting with plant care, and developing skills for a potential section grower role as the operation grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Watering and fertilizing
- Monitoring greenhouse climate such as temperature, humidity, and light levels
- Scouting, chemical application, and facility maintenance




- Works collaboratively within a 2-4 person team

Qualifications & Skills

- High School Diploma (required)
- Relevant industry or greenhouse systems experience, equipment, or plant care
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- Experience in wholesale ornamental or vegetable production is an asset
