Deerfield Pub, located at the beautiful Glen Arbour Golf Course in Hammonds Plains, is hiring Line Cooks to support our dynamic Heart of House team. This role is great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a high-energy setting where teamwork, consistency, and pride in your craft matter.

Seasonal part time and full-time opportunities are available.
How you'll spend your day:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Managing your assigned station during service, including setup and close
- Executing dishes with attention to quality, timing, and presentation
- Completing daily prep tasks such as cutting, portioning, and marinating
- Checking product freshness and communicating inventory needs
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and service-ready
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices
- Supporting teammates and assisting with kitchen tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Foundational cooking knowledge and skills and a familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
