For Breton Elementary School in Breton, Alberta

Applications are invited for a Temporary Full Time Grade 5 Teacher at Breton Elementary School for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.

Breton Elementary is seeking a Temporary Full Time Teacher for grade 5. Our successful candidate will have experience delivering elementary curriculum, balanced assessment and differentiated instruction.

The position will start as soon as the successful candidate is available. This position will be for the remainder of the school year.

Breton is a village in central Alberta, located approximately 95 km southwest of Edmonton. The

Breton Elementary School houses grades K to 6 and utilizes various strategies and programs to

best meet the needs of the individual students.

A complete package will include cover letter, resume, names and contact information for three references and a copy of their Alberta teaching certification in a single Google or pdf document.

The successful applicant will be required to provide an original,



satisfactory, and recent (within six months) Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector as a condition of employment.
