Southey Mainline Chrysler is looking to expand our sales team! Join our company as an F&I; Sales Manager where you’ll be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process, securing approvals, and maximizing profitability on new and used vehicle sales through strong communication skills and by building lasting relationships with customers. This position will give you the opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a supportive environment that focuses on professional growth and customer satisfaction. Overview/Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) process for new and used vehicle sales
- Present and sell financing options, extended warranties, insurance products, and protection plans
- Help customers through the buying process by accurately identifying their needs Work with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals for customers
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies
- Maintain accurate deal documentation and complete paperwork efficiently
- Explain to customers the features and benefits of finance products and dealership services
- Work together with the sales team to meet department goals
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Track deals, performance metrics, and monthly targets
- Meet or exceed monthly F&I; revenue and penetration goals
Requirements:
- Prior automotive F&I; or dealership sales experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Knowledge of lending practices and credit applications is an asset
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships
