Orion Wellness is a private practice in downtown Winnipeg providing mental health therapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, and families.

We support clients navigating:

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced mental health clinician who is confident in their clinical work and enjoys supporting both individuals and couples/families.

This role is ideal for a therapist who:

- Has built a strong clinical foundation (10+ years preferred)
- Is comfortable leading couples and family therapy
- Values autonomy, flexibility, and a sustainable caseload
- Wants to focus on quality care, not high-volume pressure
- Interested in developing to leadership roles, mentorship, and supervising Masters level practicum students (compensation provided)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide mental health therapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, and families




- Support clients through a variety of mental health issues
- Use your clinical judgment and experience to guide treatment
- Collaborate with a team that values consultation and shared learning

What You’ll Bring

- Registration in positive standing with a relevant governing body
- Master’s degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy (MMFT preferred)
- Significant clinical experience (10+ years strongly preferred)
- Experience providing couples and/or family therapy (required)
- Training in EMDR therapy (asset)
- Solid ability to work independently with confidence and structure
- Comfort using Jane App and Google Workspace (training available)
