As Campus Program Manager, you'll ensure a safe, structured environment for students to grow spiritually and psychologically.The Campus Program Manager guides program staff and students while overseeing daily operations and accreditation standards. This pivotal role involves pastoral care, operational oversight, and supporting vocational training and ministry activities. Collaboration across departments is essential to fulfill program goals and facilitate healing in students' lives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff, students, and volunteers in a residential setting
- Oversee program schedules, classes, and graduations
- Maintain student records and track vocational progress
- Ensure facility safety and compliance with regulations
