Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of machinery or large spaces when necessary
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and other hygiene products to ensure continuous availability




Assist with light maintenance tasks such as painting touch-ups or minor repairs to uphold facility standards
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience
Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is advantageous
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting enhances your candidacy
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential skills
Previous porter or custodial experience in busy environments will help you excel in this role

Pay: $15.00-$29.93 per hour
