Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Duties:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
Follow individualized care plans and document any changes or concerns

-Assisting with different contracts around the Interlake such as basic yard care, paper deliveries, and CDA's.

Skills:
Experience in medication administration
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
Solid communication skills and ability to interact with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
