At Cycle Works Edmonton, our sales team doesn’t just sell products—we build relationships, fuel passions, and deliver experiences. We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and understands the lifestyle behind powersports.

If you’re the kind of person who naturally connects with people, knows how to close, and genuinely gets excited about bikes, sleds, offroad machines and getting customers on the road (or off it), you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final sale

· Sell Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, ATV’s, UTV’s, & Dirt bikes

· Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to drive repeat business

· Stay on top of inventory, promotions, and new product releases

· Work closely with Parts & Service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

· Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner

· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom

· Support dealership events, promotions, and community involvement initiatives

What You Bring

· Previous powersports sales experience required





· Robust communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to read a room

· A natural ability to sell without feeling pushy

· Passion for motorcycles, off-road, or the powersports lifestyle

· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

· Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM tools, etc.)

· Consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets

· High customer satisfaction and repeat business

· Strong product knowledge

· Being someone customers ask for by name

Pay: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
