Town Autobody is currently seeking a Refinish Painter to join our team in Winnipeg.

We operate out of a brand-new, contemporary facility equipped with the latest tools, frame equipment, and refinish systems. Position Responsibilities:
Mix and match paint accurately using computerized color-matching systems and manufacturer specifications.
Apply sealer, basecoat, and clearcoat using appropriate spray techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
Blend adjacent panels as required to ensure seamless color transitions.
Inspect repaired surfaces for imperfections and complete necessary touch-ups or polishing.
Maintain spray booths, paint guns, and related equipment in proper working condition.
Follow OEM procedures and shop standards to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Work collaboratively with body technicians and estimators to meet production timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
