Position

Are you interested in becoming part of an energetic, positive team in the insurance environment? Steen Agencies Inc. is looking for an outgoing, friendly and reliable individual to join our expanding insurance brokerage!

This full‑time position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the office in Weldon, SK. Salary depends on experience and education.

Job Description & Duties

- Provide expert advice and support on policy coverage options to our customers.
- Process motor vehicle transactions on a daily basis through the SGI system.
- Invoicing and processing payments for customer policies and premiums on account.
- Maintain detailed records and correspondence.
- Service existing customers with claims when needed.

Qualifications

- Level I & II Insurance Brokers License (willing to obtain).
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset but not required.




- Experience in customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Robust oral and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and operations of office equipment.
- Enjoys networking and maintaining positive relationships.
- Adaptable to a work schedule with some variation.
- Strong work ethic, able to handle multiple priorities individually and in a group.
- Attention to detail, organized, structured and able to meet deadlines.
