This full time position focuses on delivering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support for Enterprise customers. You will work with cloud technologies, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance, and maintaining all Managed Cloud and Workspace services per agreed KPIs and SLAs. Collaboration with various team members will be key to the role's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality technical support to customers • Organize and oversee regular maintenance reviews • Assist in the allocation of tasks within the cloud support team • Monitor KPIs and develop improvement plans • Engage with the Operational teams for effective service delivery
Requirements: • 5+ years in a senior engineering role • Experience with VMware, NSX-T, and DaaS technologies • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and firewall configuration • Advanced skills in Microsoft and Linux environments • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
