We are on the hunt for a rockstar Branch/Service Manager to lead two of our Wonder Auto & Tire locations — Enfield and Harbourside!
Wonder Auto & Tire is part of Shift Auto Group, which consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Fredericton Kia, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Miramichi Kia, 5 ReCar locations, St Croix Auto, Velocity Autobody & 13 Wonder Auto locations.

As Branch/ Service Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Enfield and Harbourside location. Your primary responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency, leading a high-performing team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting profitability goals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the automotive industry, a natural ability to lead, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to support service excellence.
- Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and revenue.
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance across all roles.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that encourages growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
Customer Experience
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee appointment scheduling to enhance service flow and reduce wait times.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and local competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the branch through local marketing initiatives and community involvement.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety standards for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and a customer-centric approach.
