Our 90-seat Ladner Village location is looking for an experienced part-time or full-time Bartender to join our team!

Role Overview

As a bartender of Britannia Brewing Ladner, you will be familiar with all bar operations. The Bartender will play an active role in the FOH and will assist the bar team in both preparation for and executing services. The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for food and mixology.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the bar manager in the day-to-day operations of bar team
- Developing of seasonal and new cocktails




- Maintaining a high level of drink quality in accordance with company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Carrying out accurate end-of-night procedures and duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff, in compliance to all local and provincial health guidelines
- Promoting teamwork through effective feedback and communication

Requirements

- 1+ years of bartending experience in a professional full-service restaurant/bar workplace
- Serving It Right
- Exceptional customer-service skills
- Strong knowledge of food, craft beer, cocktails
- Experience in supporting a team
- Strong communication skills
