Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in various care settings. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by delivering personalized support, promoting independence, and ensuring safety. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with full personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Support with safe feeding and hydration
- Provide two-person transfers in coordination with another caregiver
- Assist with showering and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Handle and care for a PEG tube in a hygienic and protected manner
- Monitor comfort and respond attentively to the client’s cues
- Maintain a clean and safe environment





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Certified PSW with relevant experience
- Experience with bedridden clients and two-person transfers
- Prior experience with ALS and/or atypical Parkinson’s is strongly preferred
- Knowledge and experience with PEG tube care
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate and respectful approach
