Twin Valley Co-op is hiring a Food Store Manager for their store in Russell, Manitoba.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Food Division Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic and be involved in all aspects of grocery team operations including recruitment, training and development and performance management.

- Provide strong leadership and support to all grocery & fresh departments.
- Provide top notch customer service satisfaction.
- Organize, direct and co-ordinate the operations of food store
- Ensuring merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standards.
- Responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required.
- To achieve budgets and financial goals for the membership.

Twin Valley Co-op serves a broad geographic area in Western Manitoba from Elkhorn , Miniota, Birtle, Rossburn and Russell communities and villages within.



We provide a full range of services such as Bulk Petroleum, Food Stores, Home & Building Supplies, Agro Centres, Co-op Ag Equip Service and Gas Bars. If you are interested in moving to this area:

Who you are:





You are looking for a career in Grocery food store management and possess:

- Strong technical knowledge and experience; Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory and delegation experience.
- At least 3 years of previous food retail experience.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork.

- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
