Responsibilities
Perform window cleaning using Water-Fed Pole (WFP) systems and traditional squeegee methods. Safely manage and operate ladders for residential and commercial sites (up to 2 stories). Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold our 5-star reputation. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites.
Requirements & Qualifications Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Ontario G License with a clean driving record (Required). Experience: Previous window cleaning or exterior maintenance experience is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with WFP systems and traditional tools is a major asset. Physical Ability: Comfortable working on ladders (up to 2 stories). Safety: Strictly no high-rise or rope access work. Reliability: Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Compensation Starting Rate: $20.00 per hour or commission, based on experience. Performance Option: Commission-based pay structures are available for experienced technicians. Stability: Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week. Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday
