About the Role:
Browns Socialhouse in Chestermere is looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to join our team as General Manager. As the "owner" of the four walls, you will be responsible for the overall success of the business. We are looking for a high-performing leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who can maintain our high standards while driving growth and profitability.Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team and front-of-house staff to deliver a world-class guest experience.
- Financial Accountability: Full P&L; responsibility, including analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and executing strategies to increase profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure peak performance, labor cost management, and strict adherence to brand standards.
- Kitchen Collaboration: Partner with the Head Chef to ensure seamless back-of-house operations, food cost control, and consistent quality.
- Facility Ownership: Ensure the restaurant's physical workplace and "Socialhouse" vibe are meticulously maintained.
- Guest & Community Relations: Act as the face of the brand, building deep community ties and managing guest feedback with a "guest-first" mindset.
- Business Development: Create and execute marketing and sales-building initiatives to grow our footprint in Chestermere.





Required Skills & Experience:

- Industry Tenure: 7+ years of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Leadership Background: 3+ years of experience in a senior management role (Assitant Manager or equivalent).
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and inventory control.
- Service Excellence: A proven track record of leading high-volume environments while maintaining exceptional service scores.
- Communication: Elite coaching skills with the ability to develop the next generation of leaders.
