We are Winnipeg Kia in the Waverley Auto Mall, looking to add an experienced Product Specialist to our existing group of phenomenal team members. Monday to Saturday position, with every Sunday and 1 weekday off.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the features and advantages of vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet monthly targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge through Kia University

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer base, an asset
- Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and paperwork




- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

Requirements:
- A clean and valid Manitoba Drivers License and abstract
- The ability to qualify and achieve a Provincial sales permit, or already posses one
- Criminal record check
