Spring Driver (Class 1 or 3) & Väderstad Drill Operator – SeasonalGrain Farm near Bashaw, AB | Start: Early May

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 or 3 Driver and Väderstad Drill Operator to join our team for the spring season, with potential for continued work through fall and grain hauling.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage a Väderstad air drill during seeding
- Calibrate and monitor seeding performance for accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues in the field
- Haul seed and fertilizer to support seeding operations
- Assist with equipment moves and general farm duties

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license
- Experience operating farm equipment (Väderstad drill experience preferred)




- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work long and flexible hours during peak season
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
