Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient butcher shop environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and processing equipment are properly sanitized and ready for use. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in food handling, cleaning, and butcher shop operations.

Hours to be Worked

Looking to hire anyone over 16 years of age.

- Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm
- Saturday 9am to 5pm

Duties

- Wash dishes, tubs, utensils, trays, and equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed during cleaning processes
- Restock supplies such as dish soap, towels, and cleaning materials
- Support the team by maintaining an organized and sanitary workspace
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal

Qualifications





- General knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs throughout job
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food service practices is a plus
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

This role is vital to the smooth operation of our establishment, supporting both the team and overall cleanliness through diligent cleaning and sanitation practices.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
