Edmonton and Whitecourt office.

This is a full-timepermanent position that is focused on inventory, assessments and ecologicalrestorations.

Project work includes forest inventory, ecological siteassessments, wildlife inventories, and roadway/stream crossing assessments andrestorations.

Project work is remote, team based, safety driven and iscompleted for the energy and forest sectors throughout the province.

Po sition Responsibilities This position isaccountable for safe and efficient project work;Manage projectdeliverables and working relationships with Woodlands' peers,



management andclients;Initiate, develop andexecute continuous improvement initiatives and best practices;Assist the Operation

Manager with the scheduling and management of projects.

Position Requirements and Qualifications Experience in wildlife sweeps, wetland assessments, watercourse crossingassessments, fish identification, fishery habitat classification, plantidentification, soil classification, ecological restorations, field datacollection and reporting ;Experience in remotefield work and working around big yellow equipment will be considered an asset;University Degree ortechnical diploma is required in Environmental, Earth Science, Forestry,Biology or Engineering;Skilled registrationor eligibility in one of Alberta's Professional Regulatory Organizations;Minimum experience of 2years;Strong analytical andreporting skills;Ability to maintain avalid class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract;Ability to demonstrate asafety and customer service focus.
