Northway Motor Inn in beautiful Dease Lake, BC (Tahltan Nation territory) is an Indigenous‑owned, 43‑room hotel undergoing an exciting rebrand and renovations, including a brand new café/bistro. Dease Lake is a cozy Northern small town (400 people) surrounded by epic hiking, abundant wildlife, and world‑class fishing, which is perfect for adventure lovers and community builders.

We’re growing and hiring for several supervisory roles. Bring your energy, leadership, and hands‑on spirit!

n

We are restructuring, and have several recent supervisory positions available:

n

Front Desk Administrator: Lead the front desk team, deliver exceptional guest service, mentor staff, and provide administrative support to the General Manager. Tech‑savvy and customer focused.

n

Lead Housekeeper: Supervise housekeeping (including seasonal team), handle scheduling and task assignments, and lead by example with light‑duty cleaning experience.

n

Maintenance Supervisor: Oversee property maintenance (and possibly other properties). A jack/jill‑of‑all‑trades who loves hands‑on indoor and outdoor work and has construction/repair know‑how.

n

Café Manager: Help launch and run our new bistro/café. Experienced cook or barista with strong customer service and leadership skills.

What we offer:

- Starting wage: $28.00/hour minimum (higher depending on experience)

- Full‑time, permanent salaried roles with bonus structure
