nWhat You’ll Do:n

n
- Translate business situation, consumer understanding and brand foundations into consumer-focused Marketing Strategy to deliver against our KPIs and our Strategic Plan
n
- Bring entrepreneurial thinking and small brand grit to lead Marketing communications from brief to execution
n
- Digital and Social Media Strategy:
n
- Lead social media strategy across multiple platforms, leveraging learnings for real-time optimization and testing creative approaches to drive awareness, engagement, and trial
n
- Deliver insight-driven recommendations for platform management including, but not limited to, expanding brand presence to additional social media platforms
n
- Website: oversee website optimization to drive increased traffic and improve user experience
n
- KPIs: identify SMART goals for social and digital channels
n
- Measurement and Reporting: develop reporting routines across social and digital media to inform and educate internal stakeholders on progress towards KPIs
n
- Oversee consumer-driven innovation projects including strategy, ideation, research, and execution
n




- Work collaboratively with a broad cross-functional team to drive multi-faceted commercialization projects from strategy to ideation and execution
n
- Work collaboratively with our Retail Teams to deliver impactful in-store communication and retail innovation to drive retail revenue, profits, awareness, and trial
n
- Work collaboratively with our Manager, Consumer Care to understand consumer opportunities and recommend and develop corresponding action plans
n
- Collaborate with Sales and the field team to develop marketing programs that directly fuel sales growth and foster deeper relationships with customers and scooping partners
n
- Mine syndicated data and lead qualitative and quantitative research as needed to understand category dynamics, competitive environment, consumer perceptions and behaviours to influence Marketing and Innovation Strategy
n
- Develop creative in adherence to the Brand VIS, ensuring consistency in hierarchy and tone of voice across all touchpoints and channels
n

nWhat You Need to Get the Job Done:n

n
- Post Secondary Education with preference for Commerce or Marketing focus
n
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in CPG, with proven experience leading successful marketing and innovation strategy and execution
n
- Innovative, entrepreneurial marketer, with keen creative eye and proven ability to develop brand aligned marketing campaigns
n
- Strong consumer understanding and curiosity
n
- Proven cross-functional collaborator and influencer
n
- Natural leader with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communicator
n
- A resourceful self starter with a positive attitude, who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get it done
