Responsibilities The Capital Projects Coordinator coordinates and implements the delivery of capital projects to the City based on the policies adopted by City Council. Ensures planning process is coordinated and carried out for all projects within scope. Responsible for day‑to‑day management during the capital project work period; including reporting, financial reviews, monitoring schedule, and compliance with the capital project plan.

Ensures compliance with all relevant municipal, provincial and federal regulations and by‑laws.

Coordinates and implements the City’s Asset Management Program, in collaboration with the Asset Management Team.

Qualifications &
n
Skills Minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in the management of Capital Projects. Relevant education in projects, construction, asset management programs and capital works. Training in project planning and management or asset and people management. Supervision experience in the management of assets, projects construction, and contracts is required.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
