Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counter Associate role based in Richibucto, NB. The Counter Associate will assist customers in finding and purchasing automotive parts and products based on their needs. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and stock organization, processing transactions, and offering product recommendations.



The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and staying updated on product knowledge and promotions.n

Qualifications

- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist customers and address inquiries effectively.
- Inventory and Transactions: Experience in handling inventory, stocking shelves, and managing point-of-sale systems.
- Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and systems, with the ability to offer accurate product recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment to support store operations and meet customer needs.
