n
Leadnteams in completing investment and unsecured credit compliancentransactions and complex activities that affect thenbank
n
Coach advisory and frontline staff onnresolving customer complaints effectively and consistent withncustomer problem resolution guidelines
n
Resolvenoperational and high-risk issues after determining the mostnappropriate course of action for resolution while ensuring the teamnworks within regulatory requirements andnpolicies
n
Mentor a team on advice-givingnstrategies and delivering effective customernexperience
n
Ensure the common areas andnadvisory spaces of the branch are inviting and approachable forncustomers
n
Meet customer demands and compliancenrequirements by determining and maintaining accurate employeenscheduling
n
Contribute to the LegendarynExperience in the branch by sharing information, skills,
andnsubject matter expertise with the team members while coordinatingnteam activities effectively
n
Work closely withnTD partners to help customers meet their financial needs in thenbest suited manner
n
Improve processes and worknefficiency of the team by providing ongoing feedback and guidancenin line with established codes of conduct while ensuring theirnperformance management activities arenundertaken

Qualifications
n
Undergraduatendegree and/or over 4 years of relevantnexperience
n
Completion of Branch CompliancenOfficer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course
n
Extensivenknowledge of team, process, and risk management along with advancednunderstanding of the business
n
Proficiency innproductivity tools and software tools including MS Office, andninternet application
n
Strong communicationnskills to liaise with customers, employees and cross functionalnteams A thorough and accurate decision makernwho can exercise good judgement when working with confidentialninformation A dynamic leader with demonstratednexperience working in a fast-paced work setting through strongncommunication, planning and time managementnskills
n
Good communicator with go-getternattitude
