As part of a dedicated culinary team, you will support the Resort Chef in executing daily kitchen operations and staff meal programs. This leadership position will allow you to set culinary standards, supervise staff, and ensure that every guest enjoys an upscale culinary experience. Your initiative will help maintain productive kitchen workflows and uphold excellent food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead culinary programs ensuring food quality and consistency
- Organize kitchen prep and workstations for daily service




- Guide training and performance management of kitchen staff
- Oversee purchasing, planning, and inventory control
- Conduct daily food safety and sanitation audits

Requirements

n
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Must possess Red Seal certification or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent leadership and kitchen management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Food Safe Level 1 and WHMIS certification required
