Lead the food and beverage operations at the Shambhala Music Festival in Salmo, BC, providing guests with an exceptional experience from July 21-28, 2026. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll oversee operations, manage staff, and ensure quality service.

This full time temporary role requires effective communication with the outlet Manager and culinary team management. You'll help create a positive environment and uphold high standards for guest satisfaction while training and supervising staff to execute menu preparation and service effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with the Food and Beverage Manager as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Manage damaged or spoiled stock on shifts
- Oversee menu preparation and restocking
- Conduct daily toolbox talks with crew members

Requirements

- Required Foodsafe Certification
- Minimum 2 years food and beverage or retail experience
- Experience leading teams of five or more
- Prior festival experience preferred
- Knowledge of point of sale systems
