Qualifications

- 3–5 years’ PAE at a top‑tier,



national or boutique commercial litigation practice.

- Very strong technical credentials and ability.
n
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write complex and technical advice.

- Outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team’s broad litigation practice, which includes general commercial litigation, property disputes, insolvency, building and construction litigation and regulatory matters.
n
- Skills to manage a varied case list involving multiple areas of law.
n
- Ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem‑solve complex legal issues.
n
- Sound judgement and commercial acumen.
n
- Strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service.
n
- A proactive, creative and energetic approach.
n
- The ability to work well as part of a close‑knit team.
