nVisit our website: http://tcfoods.ca/nAs a Production Technician at Tillsonburg Custom Foods, the employee is responsible for but not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:n

- Operate production line machinery and equipment.
n
- Monitor the production process and ensure quality standards are met.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
n
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
n
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment.
n
- Maintain accurate records of production output and other data.
n
- Communicate with supervisor/manager to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
n
- Lead a team of 10+ individuals
n
- Coach and mentor team members
n
- Preference will be given to candidates that possess prior knowledge of triangle bagger
n
- Preference will be given to candidates that possess knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
n

nJob Types: Full-time, PermanentnPay: $21.00 per hourn

Working Days/ hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (occasional overtime)

Qualifications/Characteristics

n

n
- Secondary Certificate or equivalent;
n
- Prior experience as a team leader;
n
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications;
n
- Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment;
n
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements;
n
- Ability to multi-task and remain standing or moving for long periods of time;
n
- Exceptional attention to detail;
n
- Health and Safety awareness in the workplace;
n
- Strong critical thinking skills
