Key Responsibilities

n

Explicit understanding of the resort business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.

n

Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

n

Represent resort in various events and exhibition.

n

Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.

n

Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to resort by individual and corporate clients.

n

Promoting and managing the brand.

n





Working with advertising agencies.

n

Overseeing budgets, marketing and promotions.

n

Generating current ideas for customer incentives and accommodation or business packages.

n

Measure, analyze and act based on sales performance and its impact on business results.

n

Review Sales activity to define business directions and specific objectives.

n

Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

n

Other sales and marketing duties.

n

Qualification

n

5 plus years of progressive work experience in hospitality sales and marketing.

n

Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategic plans.

n

Direct and detailed experience with digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

n

Excellent knowledge of resort sales strategies and revenue management.

n

Experienced in tours, special event contracting and packaging.

n

Knowledge of the hotel and resort product and the current competitive environment.

n

Strong organizational skills with the ability to recognize and meet deadlines in fast-paced work setting.

n

Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

Ability to coordinate several simultaneous work tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.

n

Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team and independently.

n
