Requirements
Physically capable of lifting 50–80 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
Comfortable working at heights
Reliable transportation to job sites
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Ability to follow directions and work within a team




Clear spoken English required for safety communication
CSA-approved steel-toe boots required

Bonus Qualifications

The following are considered solid assets and may lead to priority consideration:
Previous roofing experience (residential or recent construction)
Liability insurance
Safety certifications such as Fall Protection, CSTS, WHMIS, or First Aid
Reliable transportation and necessary tools
Demonstrated dependability and commitment to quality workmanship

Work Includes
Residential re-roofing
New construction roofing
Asphalt systems and exterior scopes (experience is an asset)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
