Role
Read specifications of blueprints, drawings and welding symbols.
Complete Work Order (W.O.) specifications
Complete daily job tasks by end of shift
Quality welds, clean crisp welds with zero spatter and welded in right orientation.
Following and completing checklists with each product.




Ensure you are adhering to all Safety and Health rules.
Ensure you are receptive to training and certified in all facets of the job and can perform tasks at a high level.
Fulfill expectations, maintain accountability, follow expected attendance.
Ensure the department is always clean and organized.
Participate in maintenance of tools.

Pay:
No experience: Starting pay is $21.50
3 + Years experience: Starting pay is $26.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50-$26.00 per hour
