Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by a current poly B replacement project.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction and rebuild/ restoration, as well as customer relations and strong people skills, with hands-on experience using various tools/ tablet programs and equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' properties are restored to their original condition efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Assess and plan all needed cutting, repair and rebuild of all site penetrations made for access to infrastructure in each tenants/owner space.
Utilize cleaning techniques and equipment to remove all cut drywall, and debris.make space clean everyday day as they are occupied spaces.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during restoration processes, due to the occupied tenant/owner space.
Collaborate with team members to execute restoration projects in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work setting throughout the restoration process, as well as organizing all needed material and tools for the rebuild process.
Communicate with clients regarding the progress of restoration work and address any concerns they may have.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working setting for yourself and your team, as well as assisting team mates with data collection client key collection and satisfaction sign of for completions.
Skills
Experience with hand tools such as saws, drills, and other construction-related equipment.
Knowledge of construction practices and principles as they apply to restoration projects.
Ability to operate power tools safely while adhering to all safety guidelines.

Pay: $16.58-$35.00 per hour
