Career Details

- Submit and administer warranty claims with all equipment manufacturers.
- Greeting and dealing with customers from Service Reception.
- Handle all after-sales extended warranty, notifying customers of machine warranty expiration.
- Available for extra hours during peak seasons.
- Communication, organization, and attention-to-detail are a must.
- Mechanical skills are an asset.

Hours

- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Normal Hours: Monday-Friday
- Saturday rotation may be required during busy seasons.
- Overtime may be required during busy season.
