Your solid communication and clinical skills will be vital in guiding the personal care staff toward excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review complex care plans collaboratively
• Lead and supervise nursing and personal care staff
• Ensure high standards of resident care




• Provide education and support to the caregiving team

Requirements:
• Current RN registration in Ontario
• Experience with seniors and care providers
• Solid communication, critical thinking, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of gerontology/rehabilitation is an asset
