As Shale Ridge continues to grow and evolve, we’re introducing a new role at the heart of it all: Estate Experience Supervisor. This is an exciting prospect to step into a dynamic, hands‑on position that bridges our spa, winery, and accommodations, shaping how guests experience the estate from start to finish.

Designed for someone who thrives in both leadership and execution, this role will play a key part in elevating our offerings, driving new ideas forward, and ensuring every detail reflects the thoughtful, experience‑driven approach Shale Ridge is known for.

What You Will Own:

- Operate at the centre of the estate working directly alongside the Spa Operations Manager and Tasting Room Manager to ensure every day runs seamlessly while stepping in wherever needed to support, solve, and elevate
- Take full ownership of high value guest experiences including large group bookings, private events, and premium inquiries,



shaping each into a polished, revenue generating experience from first contact through execution
- Drive new energy into events and partnerships by identifying, pitching, and producing experiences both on property and off site that expand reach, attract new audiences, and position Shale Ridge as a destination
- Continuously evolve the guest offering by identifying gaps, enhancing service layers, and introducing thoughtful, revenue aligned improvements across spa, winery, and accommodations
- Act as a hands on integrator across the business balancing leadership with execution, bringing structure, momentum, and accountability while staying close to the day to day reality of operations
