We are hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator or Logistics professional with experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Join a well-established industrial company in Waterdown (Hamilton) where you'll play a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation coordination.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Coordinate all shipping and receiving operations in a busy industrial facility
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory records
- Inspect incoming shipments, verify paperwork, and report discrepancies
- Track and process orders, returns, and inventory movements
- Arrange transportation and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and quality teams
- Ensure all shipments meet safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate data in shipping, logistics, and inventory systems




- Control site access and assist with dispatch and driver coordination
- Support reporting, labeling, and general logistics administration

What You Bring:

- Experience in Shipping & Receiving, Logistics, or Warehouse Coordination
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments
- Knowledge of freight, transportation, and inventory processes
- Experience using ERP systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- WHMIS / Dangerous Goods certification (or willingness to obtain)
