What You’ll Do:

As General Manager of our Nissan store, you will oversee all operations, including sales, parts, and service.



Your role will involve driving business results by developing strategies, building a strong team culture, and enhancing the customer experience.

You’ll:

- Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales and service goals.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by delivering top-notch service.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize processes, efficiency, and profitability.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, brand standards, and reputation management.
- Stay informed of market trends and industry changes to ensure our store remains competitive and innovative.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven leadership experience in an automotive dealership.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving high volume and gross targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Strategic thinker with solid business management skills.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and long-term relationship building.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including finance, sales, and service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $150,000.00-$210,000.00 per year
