Seasonal Team Lead (May 1 – October 10)

Location: Sussex KOA Campground & Sussex Drive-In
Positions Available: 1
Pay: $18.00/hour + $1.00/hour end-of-season bonus

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Lead to help oversee daily operations at the Sussex KOA Campground and Sussex Drive-In. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same—you’ll lead a team, support operations, and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee daily operations of both the campground and drive-in theatre
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth, productive day-to-day workflow
- Provide exceptional guest service—in person and over the phone
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Manage office responsibilities including ordering supplies and inventory control
- Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to POS procedures

What You Bring

- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions




- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (required)

Position Details

- Hours: 38–40 hours per week

Season Length: Approximately 23–24 weeks (seasonal layoff in winter)
Bonus: Earn an additional $1.00/hour worked, paid at the end of the season
